How to Play
Players: 2+ (or teams)
What You Need:
- A deck of Igbo Flashcards
- A timer (phone works fine!)
- Competitive spirit!
📌 Basic Rules
- Split into two teams (or play 1v1).
- Shuffle the deck and place it face-down.
- One player holds a card to their forehead (without peeking!) while their teammates give clues.
- Guess the word before time runs out!
🎤 Two Game Modes
1️⃣ Describe It! (Word Clues)
- Teammates describe the word without saying it (in English or Igbo).
- Example:
- Card: "Nne" (Mother)
- Allowed Clues: "My aunty's sister! My father's wife!"
- Banned Words: "Nne," "Mother"
- Score 1 point per correct guess!
2️⃣ Act It Out! (Charades)
- No talking! Teammates must mime or gesture the word.
- Example:
- Card: "Imi" (Nose) → Point to your nose!
- Score 1 point per correct guess!
⏱️ Lightning Round (For Big Groups!)
- One player describes/acts for the whole group.
- Whoever shouts the correct Igbo word first steals the point for their team!
🏆 Winning the Game
- First team to 10 points wins!
- Advanced? Ban English—Igbo-only clues!
