Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We ship from Texas and delivery times depend on your location. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

Please ensure you enter your complete and correct mailing address as a wrong address will be returned to sender. If you realize you have entered a wrong address, email us immediately at contact@igbolingo.com so we can correct it before the order is fulfilled. Once it has been shipped, we will not be able to correct it. If the package is returned to sender due to an incomplete/incorrect mailing address, we can issue you a refund and you may be able to complete a new transaction.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@igbolingo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to PO Boxes

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you are mailing to a PO Box, please select USPS as your shipping carrier with the following instructions:

  1. Begin the address with the words “PO Box”
  2. Follow it with the relevant box number, usually a 2-5 digit number.
  3. Don't use punctuation; therefore, write “PO Box,” not “P.O. Box.”

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. IGBOLINGO LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
